Professional Development

Today I took the day off (sort of) and spent it figuring out my strategy and plan for our 1H05.

I realized that more often than not, I spend my entire day firefighting the latest problem or crisis that gets brought up within the company.

So today I hatched the plan to help us get from Point B to Point C and starting Monday....watch and see :-)
